Terms of Service

POS Completo (the «Service») is provided by Grupo HAI S.A., Calle 50, Edificio Global Bank, Oficina 1213, Panamá («we»). You can write to us at support@poscompleto.com.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles taxes and processes refunds. For payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds, the following also apply: Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms .

By registering or continuing to use the Service, you accept these terms and enter into a contract with Grupo HAI S.A..

POS Completo is cloud-based business management software: it manages your business's inventory, team and sales. It runs in your browser. You are responsible for your internet connection and your equipment.

We are not a payment processor. The Service records and manages your business's transactions, but never processes, holds or transfers your customers' money . Payments in your store are made directly through your own bank terminal or in cash, between you and your customer, without our involvement. We also do not issue or manage electronic money, prepaid gift cards or any other stored value.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out using your account.

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your employees , for the permissions you grant them and for removing their access when they stop working with you.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your business.

New accounts receive 30 days of free trial . No card is required to get started and nothing is charged during the trial.

To continue using the Service after the 30 days, you choose to subscribe and enter a payment method. If you do not subscribe, you are not charged anything.

The price is US$49.90 per store per month, including taxes . Warehouses are free and unlimited, and there is no additional cost for registers or equipment. If you add or remove stores, the amount changes starting with the next invoice. Customers on a previous plan keep their price.

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.

We may change prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance , and the new price will apply starting with your next renewal. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry it according to its own schedule. During that period the Service continues to operate normally and we display a notice in your administration dashboard.

If the payment ultimately does not go through, selling is suspended and your account becomes read-only, as explained in section 8.

You may cancel whenever you wish from your administration dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you retain full access until that date. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

When your subscription ends, due to cancellation or nonpayment:

• Selling is suspended.
• Your account becomes read-only. You can log in, view your data and export it. You cannot create or modify records.
• You can always update your payment method and reactivate , and you can always close your account.
• Your data is not deleted immediately. See the Privacy Policy .

Your business data belongs to you. We do not sell it or use it to build products for anyone else.

You can export it whenever you wish, even after your subscription ends and while your account is read-only.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or commit fraud;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
• introduce malicious software, test vulnerabilities, extract data automatically or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data;
• interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it or resell it without our written agreement.

Grupo HAI S.A. retains ownership of the Service and all its intellectual property: the software, documentation and POS Completo brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms, nonpayment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated violations, and we will tell you why.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access . It may be unavailable during maintenance or due to failures beyond our control, including internet or hosting provider outages. We do not offer a service level agreement.

The Service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages. None of this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may update them. If a change substantially affects your rights, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

You may stop using the Service whenever you wish, by canceling.

We may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice , refunding the unused portion of the current period. We may terminate it immediately if you seriously breach section 10.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama , and the courts of Panama City have jurisdiction.
